Include this in your email

- Device model + Android version
- Whether Accessibility is enabled for Guard
- What app you were testing (e.g. Instagram)
- A screenshot of the “Local Logs” screen (if comfortable)

Common fixes

- Ensure Android Accessibility Service is enabled for Guard
- Allow notifications (Android 13+) to see breach pings
- If sessions aren’t logging, toggle Accessibility off/on in system settings
